Shipmate David P. Stoddard of 901 NW Sunburst Ct., A-104, Moses Lake, WA 98837 received his final orders from the Supreme Commander 27 May 2003. He is survived by his wife Roanne. David was a member of Blueback Base USSVI and Holland Club. He qualified in USS PERCH SS-313 and served in USS PERMIT SSN-594, SPINAX SS-489, POMFRET SS-391 and USS RONQUIL SS-396.
